Join Senator Darrell Steinberg, Boys & Girls Club of Sacramento, Sacramento Job Corps, Sacramento Office of Youth Development, 100 Black Men of Sacramento, & V101.1 FM at the Promote the Peace Youth Summit hosted at the Sacramento Boys & Girls Club’s Lemon Hill location.
The Promote the Peace Youth Summit will connect at risk youth Sacramento youth, specifically, with Non-Profit programs that focus on Educational Planning, Career Development, Mentoring, and Internships. The Promote the Peace Project has partnered with the following Sacramento Community Organizations to provide educational forums throughout the year.
There will be speakers, youth dialouge, live entertainment and a community resource fair.
The Promote the Peace Project is seeking sponsors who share our vision in preparing our community’s next generation of leaders for the global economy. Promote the Peace Project would like sponsors to provide Internship Position(s) to program participants and we are also looking for business owners to speak to the youth and share insight about various career opertunities related to their businesses.
